–  Train Security staff and management team on how to put and apply the most effective security system in the premises according to work conditions and in-house circumstances

–  Train staff on how to accept and interact with the Security system and processes in the most effective way

– Conduct specialized Security high level training on critical subjects like dealing with terrorism attack, Man-made Crises management, Nature-made crises management, staff sabotage and
riot…etc.

Conduct an announced and/or secretive security audit on the premises implementation and robustness of the security system to measure the effectiveness, adherence, sustainability, quality….etc. and provide the executive management with a report about that.
